Dr. Olivia Tchanque is the visionary and driving force behind angel care pharmacy, bringing over 10 years of pharmacy experience in retail and clinical practice.
With a passion for compassionate care, she founded angel care pharmacy to create a place where patients are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine human connection. Since 2020, she has led the pharmacy’s operations, ensuring safe medication practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient-centered services.
Dr. Tchanque earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy and holds professional certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Her expertise spans clinical care, pharmacy management, insurance coordination, and community outreach—allowing her to serve both patients and the broader community with excellence.
